General Information

After your order is placed with us it will take up to 2 business days to process and finalise your order for dispatch. This excludes weekends and public holidays.

All orders are placed as consignments with (ATL), 'Authority to Leave' with our Courier handling companies unless you opt for Shipping Protection at an extra $2.99 at the Checkout. Shipping Protection with provide with an option to sign for your package and it will not be left unattended on the premises, if this option is available.

What happens if I don't claim my package on time?

If your package is not claimed from the Post Office or a redelivery attempt has not be made by your part then this will initiate a 'Return to Sender' process. Should this happen, IXK Gear will refund the product cost to you when we receive the goods but we cannot refund the postage amount paid. If you want this item redelivered, then you will need to pay for another postage label which IXK Gear will email invoice you with.

Authority to Leave (ATL) consignments allow the courier company to leave your parcel in place that is deemed safe by the driver. If there is nowhere safe to leave the parcel then it will left at your front door. At times, courier companies do also leave packages with neighbours and colleagues so it is worth checking with them if you cannot immediately locate your package.

IXK Gear does not take liability for the package once we drop off the consignment to the courier company to initiate the shipment service. It is the Courier Company's responsibility from hence forward. IXK Gear also do not take liability if your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

A tracking number will be emailed to you directly when your order is dispatched as we recommend that you track your package by visiting the courier's website to keep up to date.
